The mystery ends if you compare it with the price of a 2 bed plus 2 bathroom apartment of the building on Brompton Road, The two-room set will cost buyers £2,450,000. So that makes a studio apartment more appealing also as a contrast with the huge price of a two bedroom apartment in the same location. So, small is always beautiful!.

A studio flat may look a worthy option to sacrifice space for an upmarket address and for people who work in the capital but have the home outside the city. True that buying a bolt-hole may help commuters save some bucks and time.

It is better to invest in a tiny £90,000 property than paying rent! So studio flats are becoming a practical solution. But those folks who cannot live without certain home comforts, a studio flat in London is not the answer!
